Camp Routine at SkyLine Farm
SkyLine Farm camps are all about RIDING EDUCATION, FUN and SAFETY!
Our summer camps start at 9 am and run until 3 pm. Please let us know if you require an earlier drop off time or later pick up time.

On Mondays we always start with introductions once everyone has arrived.
|9:15||Each group will tack up and ride while the others will help to clean the barn, clean tack, and learn horsemanship theory. Groups will switch activities throughout the morning. All campers will have a one-hour riding lesson taught by an EC certified coach before we break for lunch.|
|Noon||Supervised lunch. Campers may visit the horses and take pictures.|
|1:00 p.m.||Campers will focus on their specific program camp theory or theme, along with their appropriate mounted or unmounted lesson. Beginners will take part in activities such as leading, driving, mounted games, or may even try to ride bareback!|
|2:30 p.m.||Snack and end of day chores.|
|3:00 p.m.||Pick up.|
Friday Family Rider Demos!
Campers will have their regular riding lesson on Friday morning and then have time to prepare for the afternoon event! Family members are invited to join us for riding demonstrations, horse theory contests and games on horseback where our campers can show off what they have learned during the week.
